Student Development Program – Class X and XII students – April 2019

Isn’t it a daunting task to overcome your shyness and be accepted in a group as you begin your journey as a college student? Surely, we all have gone through this hurdle and surpassed this bumpy journey. Nirmiti Academy smoothens this journey by providing a platform to experience, explore and exceed your expectations of amping up your personality through Student Development program of Personality Development.

This intervention is exclusively planned for those students who have recently appeared for Grade 10 examinations and would transition towards college culture.



Specific learning outcomes are targeted:  

Build Confidence

Get chatty! Get interactive! Get conversational!  

Take care of your basic mannerisms and college etiquettes

Prepare onself with effective Presentation skills  

Familiarise with multiple tools of presentations and communication  

Debate and discuss – the finer difference

And more… 

These students are truly driven to take up this journey in building their social and personal effectiveness skills and above all improve their personality development.

We do what we always do! We act as a catalyst in overcoming their roadblocks and meet up their and their parents’ expectations once again in Summer vacation.
